New Construction in East Lake Village

Finally!

The northeast section of East Lake Village had been incomplete since its inception back when the builders Kennedy Homes and EH Building group began in 2004.

In 2022 the builder K. Hovnanian Homes started construction on 52 single family homes calling them Aspire at East Lake within the master-planned community. There is only one floor plan with three differing external elevations. All of the homes will be two stories with three bedrooms, two and a half bath, and a two car garage. Both floors are concrete block construction and impact glass windows are included.
